Buzz is an exceptional 18 month old Airedale who is looking for an exceptional owner! Could that be you?
A neutered male, essentially still a large puppy, Buzz has had little opportunity in his short life to undergo much socialization with other dogs or obedience training but he loves — ADORES — people! Other dogs? Well, not so much . . . . Despite being a strong boy, he is presently learning to walk nicely on leash without pulling unduly. We think he will learn other skills as quickly.
In the right environment, we believe that Buzz will blossom into a wonderful companion for the special angel that offers him a home. As with most Airedales, his new home will require a sturdily fenced yard and an owner who can show leadership. A bonus would be a situation outside of a busy urban area. The successful applicant who adopts or offers to foster with an option to adopt Buzz will live in Atlantic Canada and will have no children under the age of 12 years and no cats. Buzz would probably do best in a situation where he will be the only dog.

Lou is a 4 year old male Airedale who was just surrendered to the Montreal SPCA. He is looking for his forever home and appears to be a very sweet boy but is looking for a family where he is the only dog. Lou appears to be very assertive with other dogs but not aggressive. He puffs his chest and growls but will allow other dogs to sniff him. With some socialization and a bit of training this sweet and smart boy will make an amazing companion.

This is Buzz! He is a gorgeous year and a half old male Airedale. He is neutered, up to date on his shots, has some obedience and is looking for his loving forever family.
Buzz is a BIG goofy boy. He loves, loves, loves people but currently lacks a few manners. He likes to jump up and he is very strong.
In the right home without small children or other dogs, Buzz is going to be an awesome companion.

My name is Watson and my life has just done a 180 degree turn. I am a young boy around one and I used to live in a house with a family. I guess they didn’t know what Airedales were all about and couldn’t handle my jokes so they tied me up outside on a short leash. I have been living like that for a while and that family was moving so a sweet angel who used to come and take me for walks asked to adopt me! Before I knew it I was allowed back in this house with a wonderful caring couple and I get lots of food, and treats and I have been showing them what a good boy I can be. I haven’t had any accidents and I have really nice calm energy when I am indoors. I even love my crate! My angels had me groomed because I hadn’t had a haircut before. I was so matted I had to get shaved but I don’t mind because I sleep inside now! My furnishings and beard will grow in beautifully now that there are no knots.
So that is all I can tell you for now. I am not sure about kids, other dogs or cats because I have never really seen any of those things. I did have kids at my first house but I don’t remember if I was allowed to play with them.
My foster family will update the blog when we learn more about me. In the meantime, I can tell you that I am a very sweet boy and will make any family proud! My Angels said something about dog shcool. I am not sure what that is all about but I will let you know!
